1. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Return: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made pottery pieces are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage or defect. We will either offer a full refund, exchange the item, or repair the piece, based on your preference.

4. How to Return an Item
