1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

• During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

• Custom-made or made-to-order pottery may require additional production time. Estimated timeframes will be noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Your location

• Package weight and size

• Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic Shipping: 5-15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

3. Packaging

Because pottery is fragile, we package all items carefully using protective materials. This may slightly increase package size and weight, but it ensures your piece arrives safely.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

​5. Lost,   Delayed,  or   Damaged  Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.

• For lost or significantly delayed packages, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
