Custom-made or made-to-order pottery may require additional production time. Estimated timeframes will be noted on the product page.

Because pottery is fragile, we package all items carefully using protective materials. This may slightly increase package size and weight, but it ensures your piece arrives safely.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
​5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.

For lost or significantly delayed packages, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
